Our Mission at BarcelonaCarTours is to show you the best the city of Barcelona has to offer without being part of the mass tourism industry. About 7 million visitors a year (2014) come to Barcelona. Most of the tourists are a just a number and the only thing they do is hop on expensive tourist buses and eat in overly priced tourist traps. We want to share with you our personal approach so you can enjoy Barcelona as the locals do!

Our guides enjoy personal contact with our visitors, tell them about our city in person and don’t make them listen to a pre-recorded audio tape. We have one-on-one interaction with our valued guests and we like to share information with you based on your personal likes, interests and questions.

Barcelona is a vibrant and cultural metro-pol on the Mediterranean see. To fully enjoy the beautiful city of Barcelona you have to interact with local people to understand our culture and to get to know where to go (and where not to go).
